One third of rent payable to secure a booking. Balance of rent payable one month before arrival, together with security deposit of €50. Bed linen, towels, utilities and local phone calls are included. PC with broadband internet connection is included. (if using your own laptop it will need a Wireless Network Device) No smoking, no pets allowed, maximum 4 persons. Check-in from 4pm on day of arrival, departure by 11am on date of leaving

Cancellation Policy*:

Notice over 3 months we refund 90% of deposit Notice over 1 month we refund 50% of deposit Notice less than 1 month we retain all of deposit Holiday insurance is recommended to cover any change of plans

*(We are committed to the Irish Tourism Visitor Charter, which means Cancellation Fees will NOT apply where intending visitors cannot travel due to 'ash related' travel disruption. Every effort will be made to facilitate intending visitors to reschedule their reservation on similar terms).
