Boland Townhouse self catering accommodation has two ensuite bedrooms, one with a luxurious Jacuzzi
bath for the ultimate in pampering. Bedrooms can be provided with comfortable
twin or kingsize beds as requested.

The
dining/sitting room is tailor made for comfort with reclining
armchairs, labour free gas open fire, and satellite TV. PC with broadband
internet connection. Wireless internet connection is available -
your laptop will need a Wireless Network Device. Local phone calls
are included free of charge.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, full electric oven, and gas and electric hob. There is
also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Towels and bedlinen are
supplied.
There is a secluded landscaped patio off the kitchen, with table and chairs.
This centrally located purpose built self catering townhouse has its own off street
car space. It occupies the first and second floors with ground floor
storage for golf clubs, surf boards etc.
The house is eminently suitable for 2 couples or a family but would
not be suitable for very small children.
Kinsale offers the very best of restaurants, shopping, walking, golf,
sailing, fishing, music and history, in short something for every
taste, every budget and everytime of year.

Terms
and Conditions
One third of rent payable to secure a booking.
Balance of rent payable one month before arrival, together with security
deposit of Euro 150.
(Rent for holiday weekends is fully payable at time of booking).
Bedlinen, towels and local phone calls are included.
PC with broadband internet connection is included. (if using your own
laptop it will need a Wireless Network Device)
Gas and electricity are extra as per meter reading, rates are set at cost.
No smoking, no pets allowed, maximum 4 persons.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice over 6 months we refund 90% of deposit
Notice over 3 Months we refund 50% of deposit
Notice less than 3 months we retain all of deposit.
Holiday insurance is recommended to cover any change of plans
